Alternatives to Huel: compare food shakes for Swedish shoppers

Start with the product you want to replace

An alternative to Huel needs to fit the purpose for which you use it. Meal powders, prepared meal drinks and protein shakes are different categories. The catalogue contains several formats; a protein product does not receive a meal price merely because it is called a shake.

The table covers companies with product data in our catalogue. It does not imply that every product they sell or every brand on the market has been reviewed.

A Swedish shopper does not imply Swedish manufacturing

Brand origin, manufacturing country and shipping to Sweden are three different facts. Check them separately in the filters and product details. A European company need not ship directly to every European country.

What do customer reviews tell us?

Customer reviews concern the company and may cover delivery, service or different products. They are not taste ratings for each range in the table. Read them together with review counts, profile scope and dates.

Foodshakes uses Trustpilot for Queal, Saturo and MËTTA, and Google Maps for the other verified profiles. The selected source is disclosed for each company. Google and Trustpilot use different calculations and reviewing populations, so we do not create a combined rating ranking. Trustpilot scores and counts are manually checked, dated observations. Google profiles have direct links; embedded display is not yet connected. A missing profile is a data gap, not zero stars.

Shortlist using your own criteria

Choose format and delivery country, then a price limit in one currency and relevant nutrients. Check the exact flavour if ingredients or allergens affect your decision. The table helps you shortlist products, but does not identify a taste-test winner.

Reviewed flavour averages per 400 kcal. Lowest observed one-off price in the displayed currency, excluding shipping and discounts. Currencies are not converted. Alphabetical order; no overall winner.
