How we compare food shakes: methodology

Foodshakes and ComFoo share an ownership interest. The default order is alphabetical; payment or affiliate compensation does not change product data or sorting. Read the comparison method.
Comparable units and flavour averages
All listed flavours have equal weight. Coverage is reviewed flavours / listed flavours in the catalogue. Other flavours may exist. Generic range data does not count as a flavour profile.
Each flavour is normalized to 400 kcal before averaging. Package duplicates do not receive extra weight. Prices are compared within one chosen currency. Protein products do not receive a complete-meal comparison price.
Sources, dates and corrections
Imports update prices and availability. Nutrition, ingredients, allergies and recipe equivalence require separate source review. A new catalogue revision does not prove a changed recipe. Correction suggestions are moderated and do not automatically publish facts.
