Food shake company reviews: Google, Trustpilot and comparison method

How we distinguish business ratings from product and taste tests. Explore profile coverage and the evidence that remains to be verified.

What is being rated?

A Google Maps business rating belongs to a specific profile. It may reflect purchases, delivery, service and other experiences. An office and a shop can have different reviewing populations even under the same brand. We check profile identity and scope before associating it with a company.

Business ratings are not transferred to ranges or flavours. A high rating does not by itself establish superior nutrition or taste.

Source selection and comparability

We use Trustpilot as the primary source for Queal, Saturo and MËTTA. Other verified company profiles link to Google Maps. This is Foodshakes’ source choice, not a guarantee that a platform represents every customer. The platform name is always shown.

TrustScore is Trustpilot’s own summary score. Google and Trustpilot have different methods, review populations and profile scopes. We do not combine them, sort businesses by mixed-platform scores or use differences between platforms to establish a winner. The list is alphabetical. Missing profiles are gaps, not zeros.

Queal’s profile covers the earlier domain queal.eu, which redirects to queal.com. When checked, it had only eight reviews and none in the preceding twelve months. Queal also uses Feedback Company on its own website. MËTTA’s Trustpilot profile has been merged with earlier profiles; reviews may cover different periods.

Dated observations and original sources

TrustScores and review counts are manually read from public Trustpilot profiles. Each observation shows a check date and a link to all reviews. We use the numeric TrustScore shown on the profile, not a rounded star image. This is not an automatic live feed; figures are hidden after 90 days until checked again.

We do not copy customer names or review texts. The Google panel is prepared but not connected and, once enabled, loads only after a visitor chooses it. Opening a Foodshakes page does not itself connect the browser to review platforms. Source links provide access to current information on each platform.

Reviews do not replace a product test

Calling a product best in test requires an actual test with disclosed criteria and results. Taste comparisons require product-specific evidence. Customer reviews can inform a reader about the company, but do not establish a product-test winner.

Foodshakes shares an ownership interest with ComFoo. This is disclosed in articles and comparisons. We do not mark Google or Trustpilot business ratings as product ratings in structured data for search results.

Business reviews and source coverage

Business reviews may cover service and delivery. They are not blind taste tests or ratings of a specific product. Missing profiles are not zero ratings.
