Before your first order
Powder requires water, a container and mixing. For home preparedness, also plan drinking water, storage and the expiry date on the pack. Start with a smaller quantity if you do not yet know which flavour and texture you prefer.
Limitations and what to check
Foodshakes shares an ownership interest with ComFoo. This is a factual overview, not an independent taste test. Swedish manufacturing alone does not determine nutritional quality, taste or which meal option suits you.
